COMBOMANCY update

FINALY the game has the mechanics of its namesake:

• General:
  • Combomancy has been added
  • input mapping options have been updated
  • moves no longer give magic meter 
  • Counterspell cannot be used during Combomancy
• Prentiss:
  • Taunt missfire and magic missile spell now return magic meter
• Tom Follicle:
  • Beard grab, Magic Missile and enhanced Magic Missile now return magic meter

• DoorSpace stage:
  • drop shadow has been added 
    
  • layering and color issues have been fixed
